Training and Installation Options for NetCrunch Network Monitoring
The NetCrunch network monitoring suite is designed to be intuitive and easy-to-use out of the box, but under the hood there is a great deal of functionality. If you’d like to expand your skills, we offer training as well as installation assistance in three different formats: In our own NOC room/training center, onsite at your location, and via live webinar.
If you can make it to our Krakow, Poland development center, you can get comprehensive training right alongside our developers, testers and support staff. We have powerful hardware and state-of-the-art data visualization options. Here we are showing our Japanese partner Johokobo our fork of the popular open-source dashboarding utility Grafana that we call GrafCrunch.
If you can’t come to us, we of course can come to you! We regularly send our teams all around the world to do custom installations and for on-site training. We schedule and prepare the days to meet you and your team’s requirements, and to make sure efficient knowledge transfer occurs so you can make the most of your time with us.
Finally, we can also offer training and installation assistance via live webinar. We host free weekly webinars every week, and offer free installation assistance via webinar for trial users! We can also offer structured, by-the-hour training and installation assistance for larger deployments and more demanding clients.
